“Walk With Me” – A Closer Look
I AM….”WALK WITH ME.”Dear Fans and Music Lovers,“Walk With Me” is more than a collection of songs I put together to create an album. It is a heartfelt expression of my life’s experiences. Experiences that I know you all can relate to. I am inviting you to listen and take this journey with me. I am…”Walk With Me”. Bless, Always, Rae

A CLOSER LOOK
1. Walk With Me – When you are driving or rushing through life, you rarely notice the little things. When you walk, you notice much much more. “Walk With Me” is my invitation to you to take a journey with me through my experiences. The journey allows to to see who I am and gives you glimpse of my experiences. It’s a journey that you will enjoy. 2. No Regrets – When I wrote this song, I thought about how when you are feeling someone, you don’t want to regret letting them get close to you. 3. Free – I collaborated with Producer Shawn Smith and Songwriters Aubrey Swann & Kelly Smith on this one. “Free” is about how love can make you feel. “It’s so intense and it’s unrestricted…feeling like a burdens lifted…” 4. On My Own – When I wrote this song, I thought about how someone I knew and was close to lied to me about who they were and why they were in my life. Sometimes people will try to make you think that you need them to control you. When you know yourself, you realize that you are the master of your fate. 5. My Life Feat. Lin Que - “Walk With Me” is a dream come true. I think about music all the time and it permeates every aspect of “My Life”. I collaborated with another female artist who lives music in the same manner, Lin Que. 6. Rhythm of Love – This song was inspired by love and how undeniable it is once you feel it. It is similar to the feeling you get when you hear your favorite song. You want to turn it up and dance all night long. 7. It’s Over, I’m Gone – This song is about RESPECT! In this life, we are constantly having to fight for it and earn it. There are times when you may even find yourself explaining to others why you should get it. You find yourself “Hoping, wishing & praying” for people to change and meet you half way but they don’t. This song is about not engaging people who don’t respect you. Reciprocity is not an option…it’s a MUST! 8. Beautiful Memory – “Beautiful Memory” is about a lost love. Sometimes as women, we don’t always recognize a good man even when he is right in front of our faces. We are so use to disfunction and poor treatment that it becomes our norm. This song is a tribute to him and all the men out there who know how to treat a women. 9. Another Story - I co-wrote this song with my cousin Chima who plays the guitar on the track. This song is about the struggle of pursuing a dream and holding on to your true self in the process. Sometimes what you feel inside is not what’s written on your face. 10. Moving – I wrote this song about trying to survive and live out your dreams and hopes for yourself & others within an unfair society. No matter what happens, it’s our human instinct to survive and keep “Moving.”
